NVIDIA filled two senior commercial posts with former Google Cloud and Microsoft executives in 2026, giving them responsibility for marketing and field operations across its chips and AI infrastructure business.

NVIDIA Chief Marketing Officer Alison Wagonfeld started in February after nearly 10 years at Google Cloud. She oversees the company’s marketing and communications. NVIDIA Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations Nick Parker joined in August, following 26 years at Microsoft.

Parker’s most recent Microsoft role covered commercial customers across enterprise, small and medium-sized business, and consumer markets. NVIDIA appointed him July 1 to succeed Ajay K. Puri, who had notified the company June 28 that he planned to retire from the field operations role when his successor started. Puri had worked at NVIDIA for 21 years, and the company expected him to remain a senior adviser during the transition.

Parker’s compensation terms include a $1 million annual salary and a $5 million signing bonus. He is eligible for $1.5 million in target annualized variable cash compensation for fiscal 2027, prorated for his time worked. The equity grant targets $35 million in restricted stock units and $5 million in performance units tied to NVIDIA’s three-year shareholder return relative to the S&P 500. The equity amounts are targets, not realized pay.

NVIDIA recorded $96.2 billion in revenue for its fiscal second quarter ended July 26, up 106% from a year earlier. Data center revenue rose 117% to $89.0 billion. Within data center sales, a customer group including neocloud, industrial and enterprise buyers accounted for $40 billion, a 138% increase from a year earlier.

“The AI infrastructure buildout is at full steam,” NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said Aug. 26. NVIDIA’s offerings span chips, networking, systems and software. The reported quarter closed before Parker took up his position.
