HF Sinclair Names Steve Ledbetter President and CEO Effective Jan. 1, 2027

Ledbetter, the company's current president and chief operating officer, will succeed Franklin Myers. The board expects to appoint him as a director at a future date.

HF Sinclair President and Chief Operating Officer Steve Ledbetter will take over as president and CEO on Jan. 1, 2027, succeeding Franklin Myers in the company's top executive role.

The board expects to expand its membership and appoint Ledbetter as a director at a future date.
