Fluence Energy elevated board member Axel Meier to interim chief executive following Julian Nebreda’s departure from the president and CEO positions, marking a leadership transition at the Nasdaq-listed company.

Meier recently retired as chief financial officer of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. He will succeed Nebreda in the interim role.
