Keysight Names Jason Kary CFO, Sets Dec. 18 Transition Date
Kary will succeed Keysight CFO Neil Dougherty after 13 years, with Dougherty staying on as an adviser through fiscal 2027. The Electronic Industrial Solutions Group will report to Kailash Narayanan after the change.

Keysight Technologies appointed Jason Kary as its next chief financial officer Monday, Nov. 2, setting a Dec. 18 transition after Neil Dougherty’s 13 years in the role.
Kary is a senior vice president and president of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group. When he takes the CFO role, the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group will move under Kailash Narayanan, president of the Communications Solutions Group. The Electronic Industrial Solutions Group will remain a distinct segment in Keysight’s financial reporting.
Dougherty will stay with Keysight as an adviser through fiscal 2027.
From 2014 to 2024, Kary oversaw treasury and investor relations at Keysight while serving as a vice president. He joined HP in 1996 and later held finance positions at Agilent and Keysight, including group CFO of Agilent’s $1.6 billion Life Sciences Group.
Keysight kept its fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 outlook unchanged. The quarter ended Oct. 31, and the company scheduled its results for Nov. 19.
