Telos Corporation’s board appointed Mark Griffin president and CEO, formalizing a leadership transition after Griffin shared interim CEO responsibilities earlier this year. The appointment took effect Monday, Nov. 2.

John B. Wood moved from CEO to executive chairman. He remains chairman of the board and a director.

Telos provides cyber, cloud, identity and secure-network solutions, and counts U.S. federal agencies among its customers. Griffin joined the company in 1984 and became president and general manager of Telos Identity Management Solutions in 2007.

During Wood’s medical leave earlier this year, Griffin shared interim CEO duties with two other executives. The arrangement ended when Wood returned May 28.

“I look forward to working with our team and customers to build on the company’s recent return to growth and execute its strategic priorities,” Griffin said.
