UK Sanctions Cryptomus, Heleket and TokenSpot Over Russia Links

The action targets alleged sanctions evasion involving crypto platforms. TokenSpot is linked to more than $950 million in transfers to sanctioned entities and the A7 network.

The United Kingdom sanctioned Cryptomus, Heleket and TokenSpot on Thursday in an enforcement action targeting crypto platforms suspected of helping Russia evade financial sanctions.

TRM Labs alleged that TokenSpot moved more than $950 million to the sanctioned exchanges Grinex and Garantex, as well as the Kremlin-backed A7 network.
