A securities class action against Endava plc (NYSE: DAVA) gives investors who allege losses until Nov. 30, 2026, to ask the court to appoint them as lead plaintiff in the case.

The proposed class includes all persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Endava securities from Sept. 4, 2025, through Sept. 21, 2026. The lawsuit names Endava and certain company officers as defendants.

The complaint alleges that Endava failed to disclose that the accounting treatment for certain customer and supplier agreements, along with related matters, required additional review. It also alleges the company would delay releasing its fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 financial results.

The filing further alleges there was reason to doubt the effectiveness of Endava’s internal controls and procedures. It claims the company’s positive statements about its business, operations and prospects were materially misleading or lacked a reasonable basis.

Requests for lead-plaintiff appointment must be filed by Nov. 30, 2026.
