Equus Total Return (EQS) received a New York Stock Exchange notice after its average closing share price stayed below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days, putting its listing compliance at issue.

The company plans to notify the exchange by Oct. 20, 2026, that it intends to address the deficiency. It has six months from receiving the notice to restore compliance with the NYSE’s share-price requirement.

Equus is evaluating potential remedies, including a reverse stock split, as it works to meet the exchange’s standard.
