Russian President Putin signed a decree placing assets in Russia tied to companies from France, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands under temporary management in response to European Union support for Ukraine.

French flooring maker Tarkett and German packaging manufacturer Menshen are among the companies whose Russian assets are covered. The decree also applies to assets tied to Swedish and Dutch companies.
