France’s AMF Adds 26 Crypto Warning List Entries, Bringing 2026 Total to 64
The entries concern crypto-asset offers and related services operating without authorization in France.

France’s Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has added 26 entries to its warning list for unauthorized crypto offers, bringing this year’s additions to 64 as it identifies sites operating in France without permission.
The entries in the Oct. 19 notice were identified during the third quarter. They concern offers of crypto assets or related services in France without regulatory authorization.
The list includes alphaairobot.com, bitgrokapp.com and cryptobullbear.com. It also names three separate pages: investpathline.com/fr/1/, investpathline.com/fr/2/ and investpathline.com/fr/3/.
The AMF warns that its list changes frequently and cannot include every unauthorized provider. It maintains a separate register of authorized crypto-asset service providers and directs users to check whether a platform is permitted to operate in France.
