Justin Sun Says WLFI Lawsuit Won’t Change His Support for Trump’s Crypto and AI Policies
Sun alleges inadequate investment transparency and disclosure, including possible fraud, and estimates the agreement at issue could involve $400 million to $500 million.

Justin Sun said his lawsuit against World Liberty Financial is a commercial dispute that will not alter his support for President Donald Trump’s crypto policy or artificial intelligence strategy.
Sun said he sued the Trump family-linked crypto project as an investor seeking redress. He alleges it provided inadequate investment transparency and disclosure, including possible fraud. Those are Sun’s allegations.
Sun said the case is before a federal court in California, where a federal judge will decide it. He characterized the lawsuit as a business matter that does not affect his view of broader U.S. trends.
He said he continues to hold large positions in U.S. technology stocks and remains optimistic that a U.S. spot exchange-traded fund for TRON (TRX) will win approval. His outlook also includes U.S. equities businesses moving onto blockchains, a stronger dollar and continued strength in AI.
Sun estimated the amount at stake could reach $400 million to $500 million based on the agreement’s value. He said that sum would not seriously affect his overall portfolio. He described himself as a patient investor and said a single investment could reach $4 billion to $5 billion or more when he is fully convinced.
Sun previously said he would invest in World Liberty Financial again, while noting that some information became known to him only after he invested.
