Rosen Reminds AST SpaceMobile Investors of Nov. 13 Lead-Plaintiff Deadline
The case covers securities purchases from March 4, 2025, through July 15, 2026, inclusive. Investors seeking lead-plaintiff status must file a motion by the deadline.

Rosen Law Firm issued a notice Thursday restating Nov. 13, 2026, as the deadline for AST SpaceMobile investors to ask a court to appoint a lead plaintiff in a securities case. The case concerns purchases of AST SpaceMobile securities from March 4, 2025, through July 15, 2026, inclusive.
A lead plaintiff represents the proposed class in directing the litigation. Investors seeking the role must file a motion by Nov. 13. The class has not been certified, and investors can remain absent class members. Eligibility to share in a potential recovery does not depend on taking the lead-plaintiff role.
The complaint alleges the defendants understated AST SpaceMobile’s future financing needs and slow adoption in the United States and Japan. It also claims they overstated the company’s capital position and competitive standing. TokenPost previously covered the lawsuit’s funding and liquidity allegations.
