President Donald Trump said Oct. 23 the Iran war could end soon, claiming the United States controlled the Strait of Hormuz, a key route for global energy markets.
Trump said Washington could take all of Iran’s oil, was shipping as much oil as it wanted and could take over the country.
On trade, Trump described the United States as close to an agreement with Mexico and said Canada was working toward a deal with Washington.
