Bybit Fintech FZE’s active license for exchange services is dated Oct. 20, 2026, in Dubai’s current public register. That updates the June 20 date in an earlier register report.

The license record lists institutional, qualified and retail investors. Bybit describes the authorization as covering spot trading; the record does not separately list derivatives for the entity.

Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority oversees virtual-asset activity in the emirate’s mainland and free zones, excluding the Dubai International Financial Centre. Holders of in-principle approval cannot begin operations or serve clients before receiving a full virtual asset service provider license.
