Papa John's Investors Have Until Nov. 2 to Seek Lead Role
The proposed class covers stock purchases from Aug. 7, 2025, through Aug. 5, 2026, inclusive. The class has not been certified.

Rosen Law Firm reminded investors who bought Papa John's International, Inc. common stock during the proposed class period that they have until Nov. 2 to ask a court to appoint them lead plaintiff in a securities class action.
The proposed class covers purchases from Aug. 7, 2025, through Aug. 5, 2026, inclusive. The complaint alleges defendants made materially false or misleading statements, or concealed material adverse facts, about the company's business transformation. It claims the effort was taking longer than expected, did not prevent further market share losses and ultimately required a sharp increase in promotional efforts.
The lawsuit has been filed, but the court has not certified a class. A lead plaintiff represents proposed class members in directing the litigation. Investors may remain absent class members, and their ability to share in a potential recovery does not depend on seeking the lead role. The deadline to ask for appointment is Nov. 2.
