Binance has scheduled new limits for Brazilian customers to begin Oct. 27, covering eight services and trading in 22 crypto assets as Brazil's authorization deadline for existing virtual-asset providers nears.

The affected services include Binance Loans, Binance Pool, Cloud Mining, margin trading, Launchpool, Megadrop, HODLer Airdrops and Alpha 2.0. Customers may withdraw or reinvest remaining balances in the 22 affected assets. Under the plan, users will be unable to open new margin orders, transfer funds or take additional loans from Oct. 27. Existing margin positions may remain open, and Binance has set no mandatory closing date for them. Existing Binance loans will be restricted to repayment.

Binance plans to move Brazilian customers to individual payment accounts at Binance Brasil Corretora de Câmbio e Valores Mobiliários S.A. by Oct. 29. It names BBrasil Sociedade Prestadora de Serviços de Ativos Virtuais Ltda. as the group company for virtual-asset services.

The Central Bank of Brazil's authorization rules give existing virtual-asset providers 270 days to apply, with first-stage materials due Oct. 30. Providers that submit on time may continue providing services while their applications are processed, but filing alone does not grant approval. The rules took effect Feb. 2, 2026.
