OKXICE’s public notice archive identifies an Oct. 27 entry as its latest notice, but the entry shows no issuer names or objection total. The archive also lists notices dated Oct. 26 and Oct. 23.

The earlier Oct. 23 notice that listed 22 objecting issuers concerned trading tokenized versions of their stocks on OKXICE’s planned venue. The Oct. 27 entry does not show whether that list or total has changed.

The SEC’s Sept. 17 order requires a venue to give an issuer written notice before trading a stock tokenized by a third party unaffiliated with the issuer. Trading cannot begin until 30 calendar days after the issuer receives that notice. The issuer may object in writing on or before the 30th calendar day; a timely objection bars that stock from trading on the venue under the exemption.

The objection applies to the venue that received it. The order separately permits tokens issued by or on behalf of the underlying company, subject to its conditions, and the temporary relief expires five years after publication.
