Argentina’s CNV Revises Reporting Rules and Adds Digital Compliance Tools
The overhaul removes some certification requirements, adds digital compliance tools and is effective immediately.

Argentina’s Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) revised financial reporting rules for market participants, removing some certification steps and adding digital compliance tools to simplify filings.
The CNV is Argentina’s capital-markets regulator. The revisions cover the Autopista de la Información Financiera (AIF), the regulator’s financial information reporting platform.
The changes remove certain certification requirements. They also add digital tools to the compliance process.
The new framework is effective immediately. The overhaul is intended to ease administrative requirements while retaining investor protection and transparency.
