CySEC announced on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, that it had decided on Sept. 28 to withdraw TioMarkets CY Ltd.’s investment firm authorization after the company chose to surrender it.

CySEC approved the withdrawal at a Sept. 28 meeting under Cyprus’s Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and Directive DI87-05. The commission cited the company’s “decision to expressly renounce” the authorization.

The authorization, No. 429/23, covered receiving and transmitting client orders and executing orders on clients’ behalf. Its withdrawal ended TioMarkets CY Ltd.’s authorization for those services.
