Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC announced that a securities class action has been filed against O-I Glass, Inc. (NYSE: OI), and that investors with losses have until Dec. 28, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.

The proposed class covers investors who acquired O-I Glass securities from March 14, 2025, through July 28, 2026. Investors who acquired securities in that span and suffered losses may ask the court to appoint them lead plaintiff. Those who acquired securities during the period may be eligible to recover losses, but serving as lead plaintiff is not required to share in any recovery.

The complaint alleges O-I Glass fell behind its Fit to Win savings targets. It also says expenses ran above expectations and operating problems materially cut into the program’s gains. The complaint further alleges that competitive pressures and energy costs continued to affect the company’s European operations, making defendants’ positive statements about its business, operations and prospects materially misleading.
