AppLovin Corporation (NASDAQ: APP) investors who bought securities from Feb. 12 through Aug. 5, 2026, inclusive, have until Nov. 16, 2026, to seek lead-plaintiff status in a securities class action. Rosen Law Firm issued a reminder about the deadline Oct. 30.

The lawsuit alleges significant development delays made a release on AppLovin’s timeline unlikely for a feature that uses generative AI to create advertising videos. It also claims the company overstated how consistently its AI models were improving, as well as the benefits and reliability of a purported “virtuous cycle” and “compounding” value proposition tied to those models for customers and the company.

A lead plaintiff represents the proposed class and directs the litigation. The court has not certified the class.

Investors may select their own counsel or remain absent class members and take no action for now. They do not need to seek lead-plaintiff status to remain eligible for a potential recovery. Investors seeking the role must ask the court to appoint them by Nov. 16, 2026.
