Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) listed five warning entries Nov. 3, including Coinvora 9.3, which it said is not authorized to provide crypto-asset services in Spain.

The regulator described Coinvora 9.3 as a trade name used across multiple websites. Other entries named Interactive Stocks Markets and BR Rise APP, along with URLs and aliases using VT Markets-style names.

The CNMV identified monex-markets.com as a clone and said it was not related to Monex Europe Markets, S.V., S.A.U., a securities firm registered in Spain under No. 321. The regulator said the listed entities were not registered in the relevant register and were not authorized to provide investment services or other activities under its supervision.

The CNMV warns that investing through unauthorized entities carries a high risk of capital loss because they operate outside supervisory controls. It maintains a searchable database of warned entities.

TokenPost previously covered a CNMV warning dated Oct. 13 naming GDLP, EXCHSEC, ZSYSC and CMC GROUP MARKETS.
