Publicly Disclosed Objections to ICE-OKX Plan Reach 56 Companies
Forty-nine of the 62 companies initially selected have objected. Seven companies outside that group have also objected.

Publicly disclosed objections to the planned tokenized-stock platform from Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and OKX now involve 56 companies, including 49 of the 62 firms initially selected for the initiative.
The 49 companies account for about 79% of the initial group. Seven companies outside that group have also objected. The disclosed tally rose by six from Oct. 30.
A Nov. 2 notice added Netflix, SoFi Technologies and Lam Research to the objections. Amazon, Tesla and SpaceX have also joined the opposition. ICE is the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange.
An earlier TokenPost report on objections from 38 companies counted firms among the 62 initially identified. The latest figures put that count at 49.
SEC rules give companies 30 days to object after receiving written notice from a trading venue. For issuers notified on Oct. 4, the deadline may have fallen on Nov. 3, depending on when each company received its notice.
