OKXICE Issuer Objection List Reaches 59, Adding Apple, The Home Depot and GE Vernova
The Nov. 3 notice adds three names. Objections bar unaffiliated third-party tokens tied to those companies’ shares from the planned venue, but allow issuer-created tokens.

Apple, The Home Depot and GE Vernova joined the issuer objection list for OKXICE’s planned tokenized stock venue, bringing the total to 59 and blocking unaffiliated third-party tokens tied to their shares from trading there.
The Nov. 3 notice lists 59 issuers that have filed objections. A Nov. 2 notice listed 56, while an Oct. 30 notice had 50.
An objection bars a tokenized version of an issuer’s shares created by an unaffiliated third party from trading on the venue. The notice also allows tokens created by the issuer itself.
OKXICE is a joint venture between Intercontinental Exchange and OKX. The latest notice does not explain the objections or set a date for trading to begin.
