Trump Administration Cancels White House Science Advisory Panel Meeting
The Nov. 6 session was intended to support the newly formed Super Intelligence Task Force, which focuses on artificial intelligence policy.

The Trump administration canceled a Nov. 6 meeting of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, a White House panel scheduled to support a new federal task force focused on artificial intelligence policy.
The council’s members include Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, AMD CEO Lisa Su, Oracle’s Larry Ellison and venture capitalist Marc Andreessen of Andreessen Horowitz. David Sacks and White House technology adviser Michael Kratsios co-chair the panel.
The session was intended to support the newly formed Super Intelligence Task Force, which focuses on AI policy. The cancellation came after Trump and technology executives signed a Sept. 29 AI review agreement at the White House covering internal company reviews and outside assessments of AI technology.
