赵长鹏 Says Binance Will Help Bitget After $351.6 Million Loss
Bitget later identified about $387.5 million in assets received by attacker-controlled addresses, including Zcash and TRON assets.
赵长鹏 said Binance, the BNB Chain ecosystem and the community will do everything they can to assist Bitget after the exchange reported $351.6 million in losses from unauthorized transfers.
“For Bitget, this is a difficult day,” 赵长鹏 said. “I look forward to and know that Binance, the BNB Chain ecosystem and the community will do everything we can to provide assistance.”
Bitget later said on-chain tracking identified about $387.5 million in assets received by attacker-controlled addresses. The revised figure included Zcash and TRON assets that were added to the incident accounting.
Bitget said its on-chain cold wallets remain secure. Binance’s security team and Bitget are sharing intelligence and tracking the stolen funds, while some addresses linked to the attacker have been frozen.
The incident follows Binance’s support for Bitget’s fund-recovery efforts.
