Yuga Labs Opens Claims Portal for 3,832 NFTs in Limited Test
Users can check which NFTs they may be eligible to claim. A dedicated address is accepting Ether and other token donations.
Yuga Labs has opened limited testing for a claims portal tied to an incident involving 3,832 NFTs valued at about $1.5 million, with a full launch expected within hours.
Users can access the portal to check which NFTs they may be eligible to claim. Yuga Labs blockchain vice president Quit said the portal was undergoing limited testing Saturday.
A dedicated address, nftsaresafu.eth, was created to accept Ether (ETH) and other token donations. Quit said about $7,500 in gas fees was paid the previous night while working on the response, in addition to the time spent handling the matter.
The effort follows Yuga Labs’ recovery of 23,155 NFTs after a Payment Processor exploit.
The portal’s full launch is expected within several hours.
