Bitget will restore withdrawal services in stages after its Sept. 24 security incident, beginning with Bitcoin on Sept. 28 and extending to other assets and services by Oct. 2.

Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawals are scheduled to reopen at 4 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC) on Sept. 28. Ether (ETH) withdrawals will follow Sept. 29 across Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Base and Optimism.

USDT withdrawals are scheduled to resume Sept. 30 across Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Solana and Tron. Withdrawals for other tokens, along with fiat services and peer-to-peer transactions, are planned for Oct. 2.

Bitget said user assets and account balances were not affected by the incident. The exchange had suspended withdrawals while responding to the security event.

The staged schedule places Bitcoin first, followed by major smart-contract network assets and stablecoin transfers before broader services return. The next scheduled step is the reopening of BTC withdrawals on Sept. 28.
