Aave V4 Adds Coinbase-Tokenized U.S. Stocks as USDC Collateral
Eligible users outside the United States can use seven tokenized stocks on Base as collateral for USDC loans.

Aave V4’s Base deployment now accepts seven Coinbase-tokenized U.S. stocks as collateral for USDC loans, creating a DeFi borrowing route for eligible users outside the United States.
The supported tokens are AAPLc, AMZNc, GOOGLc, METAc, MSFTc, NVDAc and TSLAc. Users who meet the jurisdiction and eligibility requirements can deposit the tokenized stocks and borrow USDC against them.
Aave Labs deployed the V4 instance on behalf of Aave DAO. LlamaRisk completed the risk analysis for the supported collateral, while Chainlink provides the pricing data used for the tokenized stocks.
The pricing information includes the value of the underlying stock and an issuer multiplier. The rollout connects tokenized equity exposure with borrowing infrastructure on Base, while keeping access outside the U.S. market limited to eligible jurisdictions.
