Meta Extends Muse AI Agent to Small-Business Workplace Tools
Muse for Small Business connects with Asana, Zoom, Intuit, Box, Canva and Salesforce’s Slack, along with Meta advertising accounts and professional social profiles.

Meta launched Muse for Small Business on Tuesday, extending its personal artificial-intelligence agent into workplace software as the company pursues enterprise opportunities beyond its reliance on digital advertising.
The service connects Muse with Asana, Zoom, Intuit, Box, Canva and Salesforce’s Slack. Muse can also work with Meta ad accounts and professional profiles on Instagram and Facebook.
Meta did not disclose pricing for the small-business service. The existing Muse app is free with usage limits and offers subscriptions for higher usage.
The launch follows Meta’s Monday announcement that it will launch a new enterprise platform led by former MongoDB CEO CJ Desai. The platform will include a Muse agent, a business agent and a coding tool, expanding on Meta’s broader enterprise push.
Muse launched in the United States on Sept. 8 across iOS, Android and muse.ai. The agent operates across linked apps, can search online and may continue tasks after the user exits, with approval controls in place.
Facebook has 200 million small businesses on the platform, giving Meta an existing base for its business-focused AI products. At Meta Connect last week, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg described Muse as the “centerpiece” of his artificial-intelligence strategy.
The expansion puts Meta in competition with OpenAI and Anthropic in enterprise AI. It also advances Meta’s effort to develop AI-driven business opportunities beyond its long-standing reliance on digital advertising.
