Nebius Signs AI Capacity Deal With Meta Worth Up to $27 Billion
The five-year agreement includes $12 billion in dedicated capacity starting in early 2027 and up to $15 billion in additional purchases.
Nebius Group entered a five-year agreement to provide Meta Platforms with artificial-intelligence infrastructure valued at as much as $27 billion, extending a partnership built around large-scale computing capacity.
The agreement includes $12 billion in dedicated capacity for Meta, with deliveries scheduled to begin in early 2027. The systems will use NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin platform.
Meta also committed to purchase up to $15 billion in additional capacity across certain upcoming Nebius clusters over five years. Nebius plans to offer that capacity to third-party customers first, with Meta purchasing any capacity that remains available.
The $27 billion figure represents the maximum contract value, not a guaranteed amount of purchases. An earlier arrangement between the companies, valued at about $3 billion over five years, was announced Nov. 11, 2025.
The expanded arrangement gives Nebius a major potential customer while preserving its plan to market capacity to other AI companies. It also highlights the growing need for advanced computing infrastructure, including among businesses developing blockchain and other compute-intensive applications.
