Ostium Opens Recovery Portal for 90.6% of Affected OLP Holders
The first phase covers 3,321 of 3,666 affected wallets. Claims and recovery-plan choices carry deadlines in October and December.

Ostium has opened a recovery portal for holders affected by the July 15 attack on its OLP vault, with 3,321 of 3,666 identified wallets eligible to recover their verified losses in full during the first phase.
The 3,321 wallets represent 90.59% of those affected. Holders with losses of $1,000 or less in USD Coin (USDC) can claim the full amount by Dec. 29.
Holders whose verified losses exceed $1,000 must choose by Oct. 30 between receiving $1,000 and giving up the remaining claim, or entering a second-stage recovery plan that will distribute funds proportionally. Wallets that do not make a selection will automatically enter the second phase.
Ostium said the second phase will use funds recovered from the attacker and a portion of protocol revenue, with further details due by Oct. 30. About 650,000 USDC has been recovered, while the OLP treasury retains assets worth about 30% of its holdings before the incident.
The attack extracted about $23.75 million in USDC from the liquidity vault, making the recovery portal the next concrete step for affected holders.
