World ID Adds Human Checks for AI Agents Through Four Integrations
Okta, Vercel, Exa and Browserbase tools can check whether an agent has a human behind it or whether a person approved a step.

World ID is being added to tools from Okta, Vercel, Exa and Browserbase to help websites and services check whether AI agents act with a real person behind them or with a person’s approval for a specific step.
World ID uses zero-knowledge proofs to store and verify proof of humanity while protecting privacy. The integrations include Okta’s Human Principal beta, Vercel’s WorkflowSDK, Exa’s free API allowance and Browserbase’s website navigation.
The checks are designed to confirm whether an agent has a human behind it or whether a person approved a particular action. Meta’s Muse and OpenAI’s dots and Instinct are examples of personal AI agents.
World ID was also integrated with peaqOS for human checks in machine interactions.
