Amazon Bedrock has added Zhipu’s GLM-5.3 artificial intelligence model, with Amazon Web Services set to share revenue with the Chinese company based on customer usage.

The deal creates a cloud-based sales channel for Zhipu.

Zhipu has also reached revenue-sharing arrangements with multiple overseas cloud providers and signed similar agreements with major domestic platforms, including Alibaba Cloud’s Bailian. Huawei Cloud has listed GLM-5.3 and reached an understanding with Zhipu on a similar partnership.

Zhipu has described overseas cloud-platform revenue sharing as a potential growth path. The developments point to a distribution strategy spanning cloud services in China and international markets.
