A review of 20 of the largest tokenized assets found that 29.2% of their combined value met five transparency measures, highlighting how much of the selected market sample fell short of the full standard.

The assets were worth $17.31 billion, representing 53.4% of a $32.43 billion tokenized asset market. The figures use data as of June 30, 2026.

The other 70.8% of sampled value, or $12.3 billion, did not meet all five measures: reporting independence, detail on holdings, update frequency, verifiability and onchain availability. Every asset in the sample had some form of transparency, but fewer met the full set of criteria.

Information about the underlying holdings of tokenized funds and credit products can originate offchain. Chronicle Labs sells Proof of Asset, a service designed to make asset information available onchain.

Centrifuge announced its V3.2 Onchain Portfolio Manager on April 15, 2026. The smart-contract-based tool is designed to manage multi-asset vaults with unified net asset value accounting and onchain execution. At the time of the April announcement, the product was completing a security audit before deployment.

Centrifuge named Chronicle Labs its primary oracle partner on Jan. 8, 2026. Issuers publish a pool’s primary net asset value onchain, and an optional third-party oracle can provide an additional verification layer.
