Bleep Uses Internet Computer Canisters for Social-Network Functions
The platform runs core functions and ckBTC transactions through Internet Computer canisters while keeping media storage and mobile notifications centralized.

Bleep is using Internet Computer canisters for core social-network functions while retaining centralized services for some media and notifications.
Bleep, a social platform built around Internet Computer, uses canisters for core functions including content recommendations, user data, analytics and ckBTC transactions. Its developer also said the application supports web, Android and iOS versions.
The project is not entirely on-chain. Raw post media is stored through Google cloud services, while centralized cloud functions handle mobile push notifications. The hybrid design nevertheless places major application logic and transaction processing on Internet Computer infrastructure.
Bleep uses Chain Fusion to connect with Bitcoin through ckBTC. Chain Fusion lets canisters read blockchain data and sign transactions on networks including Bitcoin and Ethereum.
