About $12.5 Million in Crypto Moved From 79thVault After Privileged 79AU Sale
The attacker sold 2.01 million 79AU tokens, converted the proceeds into about 16,200 BNB and moved the funds away from the protocol.

CertiK Alert flagged a suspected attack on 79thVault involving privileged-function calls and the sale of 2.01 million 79AU tokens.
The attacker converted the proceeds into about 16,200 BNB and transferred the funds away from the protocol. Roughly 90% of the stolen assets remained in an address controlled by the attacker.
79thVault sent an on-chain message to the address and offered a 10% bounty in exchange for returning the remaining funds.
The incident centers on 79AU, the protocol’s token, and the use of privileged functions to sell a large token balance.
