Sui’s Hashi Bitcoin Finance Network to Launch This Month With $500M
The phased rollout has more than 20 crypto-industry participants, with Anchorage Digital joining as an initial partner.

Sui’s Hashi infrastructure will begin a phased mainnet rollout later this month, backed by more than $500 million in capital commitments for Bitcoin-backed financial markets on the network.
Hashi is designed to keep Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin network while issuing corresponding hBTC tokens on Sui. Users will be able to use hBTC in lending, credit, yield vaults and structured products before burning the tokens to release the underlying BTC.
More than 20 crypto-industry institutions are participating in Hashi’s launch coalition. Anchorage Digital will join as an early partner, offering institutional access through its Atlas settlement and collateral infrastructure and its Porto self-custody wallet. The firm also plans to provide stablecoin liquidity.
The committed capital will enter Hashi markets through vault providers including Aftermath, Concrete and Fluid. The rollout is expected to expand by the end of October as partners complete their integrations, bringing native BTC into live Sui applications.
