The wallet was reportedly inactive for months. CZ questioned whether connecting to Wi-Fi alone could have moved the funds.

An unnamed community user claimed that 3.7 BNB was transferred from a wallet after connecting to free Wi-Fi at a Singapore airport, raising questions about what occurred before the transaction.

The user said the wallet had not recorded transactions for several months before the transfer. The claim does not establish that public Wi-Fi caused the movement or explain whether another action was involved.

CZ responded on Oct. 8, saying he has long advised people against using Wi-Fi, particularly public networks. He also questioned whether connecting to Wi-Fi alone would be enough to move funds and asked what other action may have occurred.
