On Oct. 8, SpaceXAI became a founding corporate patron of the Omacom Foundation and committed Grok tokens valued at $1.5 million to Omarchy’s development and open-source infrastructure.

The contribution will support automated agents and teams working on code reviews, bug fixes, themes and hardware support for Omarchy, which describes itself as an agentic Linux distribution. The pledge is denominated in tokens and does not specify a cash payment or conventional cloud-compute donation.

Omarchy founder David Heinemeier Hansson said, “SpaceXAI is joining the Omacom Foundation as a Founding Corporate Patron, donating $1.5 million in Grok tokens!”

Grok 4.7 and later versions would support automated agents, including Omabot, which reviews pull requests. Omarchy was approaching 7,000 pull requests from more than 550 contributors as of Oct. 8.

SpaceXAI joins Meta Superintelligence Labs, DigitalOcean and Alibaba Cloud as a Founding Corporate Patron. The patron structure provides either $1 million per year for three years or $1.5 million in tokens, with an option for a token refill.

The pledge brings total backing for the foundation to approximately $23.2 million. Hansson said, “More tokens means more of the backlog getting cleared, faster.”
