Extended plans to move its settlement network from Starknet to Arc during the week of Oct. 19, requiring users with certain assets to convert or withdraw them before the transition is complete.

Trading is expected to continue during the migration, while deposits and withdrawals may be paused for about two hours. After the move, Extended will use USD Coin (USDC) to pay gas fees on the new network.

Arc does not support Tether (USDT) or wrapped Bitcoin (wBTC). Users holding more than $1 in either asset must convert or withdraw their balances by Oct. 21. Accounts that miss the deadline may face restrictions, and related positions may be forcibly liquidated.

Extended also plans to expand its perpetual-contract offerings across stocks, commodities and crypto assets after moving the settlement infrastructure.
