Flahy is developing a knowledge-graph platform that connects genetic, laboratory and clinical information to support personalized prevention, diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Founder and CEO Jagjit Singh said the company has spent years building a graph-based information database and training its model to identify relationships among data points, including genetic variants, blood markers and new clinical signals.

“The knowledge layer is very critical because it connects your data layer to your model layer and it tells the model exactly what facts matter and what a specific data point implies,” Singh said.

Flahy’s consumer product, FlahyLife, combines DNA information with a 66-parameter blood panel and presents results against an individual’s genetic baseline. FlahyLife assesses susceptibility for preventive-health insights across more than 1,680 conditions.

The product also includes pharmacogenetic information covering drugs used in digestive, pain, cardiac, anxiety, respiratory and inflammation-related care. Flahy lists FlahyLife at INR 15,500, including tax, with reports generally taking about three weeks.

For diagnostic laboratories, Flahy offers FlahyCDS, which converts diagnostic data into clinician-ready reports and supports interpretation workflows. The company is also developing systems to connect longitudinal information from different modalities, including wearable devices.

Singh said Flahy works with graph-technology companies including Neo4j as it develops those systems. “It is always a traversal problem,” he said, describing the challenge of connecting health information collected across separate data sources.

Flahy reports are informational and are not substitutes for professional medical advice.
