Ondas Inc. (ONDS) and Palantir Technologies (PLTR) have formed Regna AI, a standalone private company focused on developing and deploying artificial intelligence models within users’ own sovereign environments.
Regna AI is initially wholly owned by Ondas and powered by Palantir. The company will serve users seeking to develop and deploy AI models within environments they control.
The formation was announced Oct. 12 at 8:17 a.m. ET (12:17 UTC).
