Binance launched Binance AI on Monday, Oct. 12, as a suite of market-information and navigation tools integrated into its app, giving eligible users personalized summaries, alerts and trader-profile data.

The initial release includes Generative UI, Market Brief, Smart Tool Tips and Master Trade. Generative UI adjusts layouts and content using information such as a user’s holdings, experience, products and market events.

Market Brief covers crypto and traditional markets and refreshes every four hours. Users can read the updates or listen to them as audio. Binance AI also provides voice alerts when tracked assets move and displays selected investor and trader profiles, including holdings where available.

Access is free for eligible users. Binance began testing the service on Sept. 7 with verified users admitted on a rolling basis. The company announced Monday, Oct. 5, that the initial launch was available in New Zealand, with a global rollout planned over the following days.

Binance AI is separate from Binance AI Pro, which is designed for automated trading workflows through an authorized subaccount. Users can set permissions, budgets and risk limits for those workflows.

Binance’s broader AI efforts also include Binance Intelligence, comprising Binance AI, AI Pro and Agent OS. Agent OS is a developer platform providing access to Binance market data, trading, wallets and payments.

“Finance shouldn't ask you to become an expert first. It should meet you where you are. With Binance Intelligence, it does,” Richard Teng, Binance co-CEO, said.

The rollout comes as other crypto platforms apply generative AI to market information. Crypto.com uses Anthropic’s Claude 3 through Amazon Bedrock for sentiment analysis and crypto-news processing. Its system analyzes news in more than 25 languages and typically returns large-language-model results in less than one second.

Crypto.com serves approximately 100 million users in 90 countries. Sunny Fok, Crypto.com senior vice president and head of AI innovation technology, said generative AI services including Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock helped the company move ideas into production.

Binance warns that Binance AI outputs may contain errors, bias or outdated information and should not be used alone to make decisions.
