SpaceXAI LLC has outlined a unified subscription framework for Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and related products, giving users a way to combine selected plans without confirming pricing or a launch date.

Consumer terms updated Oct. 12, 2026, define X-Subscription as covering Grok, Grokipedia, Grok Bot, Cursor and other affiliated services. The terms identify SpaceXAI as the provider and Anysphere as responsible for third-party components connected to Cursor.

A separate Grok addendum updated Oct. 7, 2026, describes a process for combining an existing Cursor Teams plan with a Grok or X plan. The applicable services and pricing terms are to be displayed during checkout, but the documents do not publish consumer prices or establish final subscription tiers.

The development follows SpaceXAI’s expansion of Grok Bot across Grok and Cursor subscription plans. On Aug. 26, Grok Bot was listed as available for SuperGrok, Cursor Pro and all Cursor Teams plans, with usage treated separately from existing Grok and Cursor usage. Grok Bot entered beta on Aug. 11.

Cursor was acquired by SpaceX on Aug. 14, placing the coding product within the same corporate ecosystem as Grok. X Premium remains a separate service with Basic, Premium and Premium+ tiers. Premium+ includes access to SuperGrok and Grok Bot, but the published terms do not establish that X Premium is part of X-Subscription or will be replaced by it.

The documents also do not state whether existing X Premium, SuperGrok or Cursor subscribers will be migrated automatically, receive refunds or need to select a new tier. They do not confirm whether Grok, Grok Bot and Cursor will share one usage pool.

A filing letter records 6.3 million active paid subscribers as of March 31, 2026, including X Premium and Grok subscribers. No official launch date is provided for the unified service.
