SafePal’s official customer-support account urged users to conduct three hardware-wallet checks after reports of losses involving Ledger devices sold by CryptoBilis.

The reminder, issued Oct. 10, covers device authentication during initialization, the first-activation-date reminder in the SafePal app and the tamper-resistant seal on the packaging.

The measures are intended to help identify devices that may have been altered or previously used before reaching customers. The warning follows concerns involving CryptoBilis-sold wallet devices, including Ledger hardware.

Users should stop using a device if any check produces an abnormal result. SafePal’s support account advised customers to contact SafePal support through its official website or app.
