Nvidia Details European AI Infrastructure Expansion Across Four Countries
The company is deploying Blackwell computing capacity through government, technology and cloud partnerships, while individual investment amounts remain undisclosed.

Nvidia is expanding AI infrastructure across Europe through GPU deployments and cloud partnerships spanning France, the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy.
Nvidia outlined plans with European public- and private-sector partners to install Blackwell computing capacity exceeding 3,000 exaflops. The infrastructure push spans France, the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy.
In France, Mistral AI’s first-phase cloud platform is expected to use 18,000 Nvidia Grace Blackwell systems, with expansion planned across multiple sites in 2026. Partners also planned to deploy 14,000 Blackwell GPUs in new U.K. data centers.
A German industrial AI cloud is set to use 10,000 Blackwell GPUs for manufacturing, engineering, simulation, digital twins and robotics.
“Every industrial revolution begins with infrastructure. AI is the essential infrastructure of our time, just as electricity and the internet once were,” Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang said.
Mistral AI raised €1.7 billion in a Series C round on Sept. 9, 2025, at an €11.7 billion post-money valuation. Nvidia participated in the round, which ASML led, but Nvidia’s individual investment was not disclosed.
Nscale raised $1.1 billion in a Series B financing on Sept. 25, 2025. Nvidia participated, although the size of its investment was not disclosed.
On Sept. 16, 2025, Nvidia said Nscale would scale to 300,000 Nvidia Grace Blackwell GPUs worldwide, including up to 60,000 in the U.K. The broader U.K. infrastructure program involves up to £11 billion and as many as 120,000 Blackwell Ultra GPUs.
NVentures, Nvidia’s venture-capital arm, participated in a Revolut share sale completed Nov. 24, 2025, valuing the financial technology company at $75 billion. Nvidia’s investment amount was not disclosed.
The disclosed financing rounds and infrastructure programs involve multiple companies and broader spending commitments. They do not establish an approximately $8 billion Nvidia investment total.
“The United Kingdom is building the infrastructure for the AI industrial revolution — advancing science, transforming industries and creating new economic opportunities,” Huang said.
