Ledger Orders Southeast Asian Dealers to Halt Sales and Recall Devices
The company is investigating malicious components found in devices sold by CryptoBilis, with recalled units to be examined by Ledger Donjon.

Ledger has ordered dealers and distributors across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong to halt sales and recall devices while it investigates malicious components found in products sold by CryptoBilis.
The affected markets include Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Ledger said the confirmed cases remain limited to Southeast Asia and that no fund theft linked to devices purchased in other regions has been identified.
The company is investigating where the devices were altered in the distribution chain. Ledger Donjon, its security research team, will analyze the recalled units as part of the review.
Ledger also said there are no current signs that its infrastructure, systems, services or direct sales channels were compromised. The company previously confirmed that devices sold by the Southeast Asian dealer CryptoBilis contained malicious components.
