Gemini 4 Argon Lists Introductory API Token Rates at Half of Opus 5.5

Gemini 4 Argon’s introductory published token rates are half of Claude Opus 5.5’s listed rates for both input and output tokens, with Argon’s lower prices in effect through Nov. 30, 2026.

Argon is priced at $2 per 1 million input tokens and $10 per 1 million output tokens through Nov. 30, 2026. After that date, its listed rates are $4 per 1 million input tokens and $20 per 1 million output tokens. Opus 5.5’s listed rates are $4 per 1 million input tokens and $20 per 1 million output tokens.

Argon was first made available to trusted cybersecurity partners on Sept. 30, with broader availability announced Oct. 13.
