Apple Plans China Release of Apple Intelligence Features in December
The initial rollout is expected through iOS 27.3 and would exclude newer U.S. features and Siri AI.

Apple plans to bring its first Apple Intelligence features to China in December, extending its AI tools to a major market after the features were shelved for years because of regulatory review.
The features are expected to arrive through iOS 27.3 and were first introduced in 2024. The planned China release would not include newer AI features launched with iOS 27 in the United States and other markets.
Siri AI is also excluded. Apple executives are not optimistic about bringing it to China soon. An upgraded version of Apple Intelligence could reach the country eventually.
